On Sep.20th, the Municipal Education Bureau held a staff meeting of our school,

announcing the personnel appointment of Tang Fei as the principal of the First

Vocational Technical School of Shenzhen. The probation period is one year. Huang

Jianhang was relieved from the post of principal of our school.

The director of Municipal Education Bureau Chen Qiuming, the director of Party

Committee(Personnel Office) of Municipal Education Bureau Hu Xintian and the

deputy director of Party Committee(Personnel Office) of Municipal Education Bureau

Chen Bin attended the meeting. The whole staff of our school were present. The

meeting was hosted by director Hu Xintian. 

In the meeting, Director Hu Xintian announced the notice of the appointment of

Comrade Tang Fei and the removal of Comrade Huang Jianhang from the

Municipal Education Bureau. Huang Jianhang stated that he firmly supported the

decision of the appointment made by the Party of Municipal Education Bureau

and showed his feeling with three thanks and one wish. First, he would like to thank

the Party Organization for the cultivation and trust which enabled him to grow up

from an ordinary teacher to a super principal. Second, he wanted to thank Shenzhen,

the hotbed of reform which provided him with wit and opportunities of thinking

about and practicing education reform. Third, he wanted to thank all the staff for

their support and commitment. At last, Principal Huang Jianhang wished that our

school will achieve new glory under the leadership of Tang Fei.

Then, Comrade Tang Fei made a statement that he heartfully thanked the Municipal

Education Bureau for their support and trust and thanked Shenzhen Institute of

Information Technology for their cultivation. After entering the field of secondary

vocational education, he would be a diligent “recruit” down to earth. First, he

stated that he would highlight the main line and speak clearly about politics. He

would always bear in mind the importance of the country and insist on viewing

vocational education from the political perspective, focusing on vocational education

from the livelihood of the people and conducting vocational education on a regular

basis. The second was to grasp the fundamental and focus on development. He

would conscientiously implement the principle of democratic centralization, work

hard to create a favorable situation of uniting in cause and seeking development

in unison and promote the education level of our school to a new stage. The third

was to promote a spirit of overcoming difficulties and taking responsibilities. He

would adhere to the position to do practical work and drive the majority of faculty

to have the will of working, the ability of working and the achievement of working.

The fourth was to use the ruler well in the ways of having strict self-discipline and

keeping the original heart. He made the resolution to always put discipline before

work and make practical actions to preserve the political character of the Communist

Party.

At last, on behalf of the party of Municipal Education Bureau, Director Chen Qiuming

first gave full affirmation to the achievement of our school, showed heartfelt thanks

to Principal Huang Jianhang. He also expressed congratulation to Comrade Tang Fei

and extended cordial greetings to the faculty who were working hard on the front line.

Director Chen stressed that our school was the benchmark school for the secondary

vocational schools in Shenzhen. He said that all departments should work together

and continue to maintain a good development of our school to play a leading role

of accelerating the construction of vocational education innovation and development

highland. In the meanwhile, Director Chen put forward four requirements for the

school: The first was to give full play to the leading role of the school party committee

and strengthen the construction of school leadership. The second was to seize

opportunities for development and benchmark first demonstration to promote the

school work to a new level. The third was to focus on the construction of the faculty

and unswervingly keep the bottom line of teaching with clean hands. The fourth was

to keep alert as standing on thin ice and carry out the campus safety management

and epidemic prevention and control work without any slack.

The appointment of Principal Tang Fei was the party group of the Municipal Education

Bureau’s great attention to the development of our school. Following the requirements

of the Municipal Education Bureau and Director Chen, all the staff would forge ahead

with unity and firm confidence and create the glory of our school again under the

leadership of Principal Tang Fei.
